Rene Lammers

Rene Lammers has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Science Officer at PepsiCo since 2019. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Lammers served as the Senior Vice President of R&D for PepsiCo Global Beverages from 2015 to 2019 and as the Senior Vice President of R&D from 2011 to 2015. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Mr. Lammers served in several roles at Unilever from 1995 to 2010 including Vice President R&D Hair Care, Vice President R&D HPC Europe, Director R&D Laundry, Director R&D Unilever Thailand, and Manager R&D Laundry SEA. Mr. Lammers serves on the Board of Directors at the New York Hall of Science and is a Commissioner at the National Commission on the Innovation and Competitiveness Frontiers. Mr. Lammers previously served as a member of GMA’s Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Executive Committee.
