Roberto Azevedo

Roberto Azevedo has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of PepsiCo since 2020. Mr. Azevedo has also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the PepsiCo Foundation since 2020. From 2013 to 2020, Mr. Azevedo served as the Director-General of the World Trade Organization. Mr. Azevedo served as the Permanent Representative of Brazil to the World Trade Organization for Brazil’s Ministry of External Relations from 2008 to 2013 and Vice Minister for Economic and Technological Affairs from 2006 to 2008 and Head of the Dispute Settlement Unit from 2001 to 2005 and Permanent Mission of Brazil in Geneva from 1997 to 2001 and in various other diplomatic postings from 1984 to 1997. Mr. Azevedo is an alumni member of the International Gender Champions.
