Biography:
Sara Wechter is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer for Citibank. Prior to this role, Wechter worked for Citi as Chief of Staff to the CEO from 2013-2018, Head of Talent & Diversity from 2016-2018, Chief of Staff to Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2009-2012, Corporate M&A and Strategy Director from 2007-2009, Investment Banking Associate from 2006-2007 and Investment Banking Analyst from 2004-2006. Wechter also briefly worked for Viacom in Strategy from August-October in 2007.
