Sebastian Krause has been Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer for IBM since January 2023; Chairman of IBM Central Holding GmbH Supervisory Board since May 2020 and a Supervisory Board Member since February 2012; Chairman of the Supervisory Board for IBM Deutschland GmbH since Mary 2020 and a Supervisory Board Member since July 2012. Prior to this he served IBM as General Manager of IBM Technology Sales from January 2021 to January 2023; Chairman of the Supervisory Board for IBM Austria from May 2020 to October 2021; General Manager of IBM Cloud and Cognitive Software, Client Success from April 2020 to December 2020; General Manager of IBM Cloud and Cognitive Software, Europe from January 2019 to March 2020; General Manager of IBM Cloud, Europe from January 2015 to December 2018; Member of the Supervisory Board for IBM Germany MBS GmbH from July 2012 to September 2018; Vice President of Global Storage Sales, Systems and Technology Group from January 2011 to December 2014; Vice President of Software Group, Northeast Europe from April 2008 to December 2010; Vice President of Software Group, Germany from May 2005 to March 2008; Director of Sales Operations, Software Group, EMEA from March 2003 to April 2005; Business Unit Executive of Date Management Solutions, Software Group, EMEA Central Region from October 2000 to February 2003; and Sales Manager of Data Management Solutions, Southern Germany and Austria from January 1999 to September 2000. He joined IBM in May 1995, serving in various Account Manager Positions for the Software Group in Germany until December 1998.
