Biography:
Segun Agbaje has served on the Board of Directors at PepsiCo since 2020. Mr. Agbaje has served as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc since 2021 and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc from 2011 to 2021 and Deputy Managing Director from 2002 to 2011 and Executive Director from 2000 to 2002 and carious other positions from 1991 to 2000. Prior to joining Guaranty Trust, Mr. Agbaje an Auditor at Ernst & Young LLP from 1988 to 1990. Mr. Agbaje also currently serves on the board of Guaranty Trust Bank Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Ghana, and United Kingdom.
