Sir Dave J. Lewis

Sir Dave J. Lewis has served on the Board of Directors at PepsiCo since 2020 and Chairman of Xlinks since 2021 and as the Chair of Haleon plc. Mr. Lewis served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tesco PLC from 2014 to 2020. Prior to Tesco, Mr. Lewis served as the President of Personal Care at Unilever from 2011 to 2014 and President of the Americas from 2010 to 2011 and Chairman of UK and Ireland from 2007 to 2010 and Managing Director of UK Home and Personal Care Business from 2002 to 2007 and Managing Director of Unilever Indonesia Personal Care Business from 1999 to 2001 and Marketing Director of River Plate South America from 1996 to 1999 and in various other leadership roles at Unilever from 1987 to 1996. Mr. Lewis serves as the Chair of the World Wildlife Fund – UK, joining the board in 2020 and a member of the Board of Trustees at Leverhulme Trust. Mr. Lewis previously served on the board of Consumer, Retail and Life Sciences Business Council as Co-Chair in 2019, and Co-Chair of Supply Chian Advisory Group in 2021, and was the Founding Chair of Champion 12.3.
