Steven C. Williams

Steven Williams has served as the Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Foods North America since 2019 and has served on the Board of Directors at State Farm since 2021. Prio to his current PepsiCo role, Mr. Williams served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Chief Financial Officer of Frito-Lay from 2017 to 2019 and Senior Vice President and General Manager of Frito-Lay’s East Division from 2016 to 2017 and Senior Vice President of Global Walmart Operations from 2013 to 2016 and Senior Vice President of Sales for PepsiCo U.S. Warehouse Business from 2012 to 2013 and Senior Vice President of PepsiCo’s West Division Wearhouse Businesses from 2011 to 2012 and Division Vice President of the Central Division form 2009 to 2011 and in various other Vice President and Managerial positions at PepsiCo from 1997 to 2009. Mr. Williams has served on the Board of Directors at the National Retail Federation since 2021, the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce since 2020, the Food Industry Association since 2020, United Way Metropolitan Dallas since 201, and has been a member of the Executive Leadership Council since 2016.
