Theodore F. Craver, Jr.

Theodore F. Craver, Jr. joined the Board of Directors of Wells Fargo in 2018 and Duke Energy Corporation in 2017. Mr. Craver served as Chair, President and Chief Executive Officer of Edison International from 2008 to 2016 and as Chair and CEO of Edison Mission Energy, a subsidiary of Edison, from 2005 to 2008. Mr. Craver joined Edison in 1996 and held other senior management positions, including Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer. Before joining Edison, Mr. Craver served as Executive Vice President and Corporate Treasurer of First Interstate Bancorp. Mr. Craver serves as a Trustee at the Autry Museum of the American West, a member of the Center on Cyber and Technology Innovation Advisory Board, and a member of the Board of Directors at the National Museum of American History. Mr. Craver is a former member of the Board of Directors at Health Net, Inc. and the Economic Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
