Biography:

Thomas H. Glocer joined Istari Global in July 2019, serving as Chairman of the Board; Mr. Glocer founded BlueVoyant in July 2017 and became Executive Chairman; he co-founded Capitolis in June 2017 and became Executive Chairman; he co-founded Communitas Capital Partners, LLC in January 2017 and serves as a Partner there; from January 2016 to 2023 he served on the Linklaters International Advisory Group; Publicis Groupe brough him on as a Board Member in May 2015. Mr. Glocer joined Morgan Stanley in May 2013 as a Board Member; in January 2012 he became a Founding Partner for Angelic Ventures. He was a Board Member for K2 Integrity from January 2012 to 2022; he joined the Board of Directors at Merck & Co. in January 2006. Mr. Glocer served as the Chief Executive Officer of Thomson Reuters Corporation from 2008 to 2011; prior to this he was the Chief Executive Officer of Reuters Group PLC from 2001 to 2008; he joined Reuters Group in 1993 and held several senior leadership positions within the company from 1993 to 2001. Prior to his time at Reuters Group he was a Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer at Davis Polk & Wardwell form 1984 to 1993. Mr. Glocer currently serves on the board for the President’s Council on International Activities at Yale; the Cleveland Clinic; The Atlantic Council of the United States; and the International Tennis Hall of Fame. He has previously served on the board of GP Investments; Columbia University Global Center; Columbia College Board of Visitors; The Social Sciences Research Council; International Advisory Board of the Monetary Authority of Singapore; The Tsinghua University Advisory Board; the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum; The New York City Partnership; Business in the Community (London); Judge Institute of Management at Cambridge University; and the Council on Foreign Relations.
