Biography:

Thomas J. Falk became a Board Member of Lockheed Martin in June 2010. Since 2019 he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Kimberly-Clark Corporation from September 2002 to December 2018, and was Chairman of Kimberly-Clark Corporation’s Board of Directors from February 2003 until 2019. Prior to this he was Kimberly-Clark Corporation’s President and Chief Operating Officer from 1999 to 2002, the Group President- Global Tissue, Pulp, and Paper in 1998, Senior Vice-President of Analysis and Administration from 1991-1998, an Operations Manager from 1989 to 1991, a Senior Financial Analyst from 1986 to 1989, and a senior auditor from 1984 to 1986. Mr. Falk began his career with Alexander Grant & Co where he worked as an accountant from 1980 to 1983. He currently serves on the board of Governors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, is on the board of the Bipartisan Policy Center, and is an honorary director at Catalyst Inc.
