"As an example, at Lamb, we're strongly committed to initiatives around combating climate change. And so we've made commitments around not only reducing our own greenhouse gas emissions by 25% by 2025, but also making our tools in a way and really innovating around the design. So we use less water, we use less chemicals, less gases and make our wafer fabs themselves greener. We're also strongly committed to increasing diversity inclusion and heard Julia talk about my role on the Gem Consortium."
