Timothy Schmidt

Timothy Schmidt has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Prudential Financial since 2018. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Schmidt has served as the Chief Investment Officer of Global Portfolio Management at Prudential Financial since 2014 and previously served as the Chief Investment Officer of Institutional Business from 2010 to 2014. Before joining Prudential Financial, Mr. Schmidt served as Chief Financial Officer of U.S. Individual Businesses at MetLife from 2007 to 2010 and Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Management from 2004 to 2007 and served in various other positions at MetLife during his 25-year tenure.
