Biography:

Tina Bigalke has served as the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at PepsiCo since 2020. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Bigalke served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at PepsiCo – Frito Lay North America from 2017 to 2020 and Vice President of Human Resources, Global Operations and Procurement at PepsiCo from 2015 to 2017 and Vice President of Human Resources of PepsiCo – Frito Lay Headquarters from 2011 to 2015 and Vice President of Human Resources regionally from 2008 to 2011 and Human Resource Director from 2004 to 2008. Before joining PepsiCo, Ms. Bigalke served as a Human Resource Director at MagneTek from 1997 to 2000 and Human Resource Manager at PPG Industries from 1994 to 1997. Currently, Ms. Bigalke serves on the Steering Committee of the Partnership for Global LGBTQ- Equality, is a Global Advisor at House of Rose, a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board of WVU’s College of Business & Economics and is a Director of the West Virginia University Foundation. Previously, Ms. Bigalke served on the Board of Directors at the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Collin County, Texas.
