Tom Ferguson

Tom Ferguson serves as the Senior Vice President and President of Latin America and the Caribbean at Starbucks, a position he has held for 18 years. Based in Seattle, Washington, Ferguson plays a key role in overseeing Starbucks’ operations and growth in the Latin American and Caribbean regions.

Ferguson brings a wealth of experience to his role, with a background that includes significant leadership positions at Office Depot and Kinko’s Inc. His academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University.

Beyond his professional commitments, Ferguson is actively engaged in philanthropy, contributing to the community through his involvement with Make-A-Wish Los Angeles. He has not made any political contributions at this time.
