Biography:

Tyler Dickson is Citi’s Co-Head of Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory. He also manages Citi’s Financing & Securitization and Institutional Credit Management efforts. Tyler is a member of Citi’s Global Operating Team and of the Institutional Clients Group Management Committee. Tyler has also been a US Executive Board Member for International Animal Rescue since 2018, a Director of the Rick Bartlett Memorial Foundation since 2016 and a Governing Board Member for Management Leadership for Tomorrow since 2010. Tyler first joined the mergers and acquisition group at Salomon Brothers in 1989. He subsequently moved to equity capital markets and held numerous leadership positions including Salomon Brothers’ Head of Global Convertibles and Equity Derivatives, Salomon Smith Barney’s Head of U.S. Equity Capital Markets, and Citigroup’s Head of Global Equity Capital Markets. In 2007, Tyler was named Global Head of Citi’s newly combined equity and debt capital markets businesses. Subsequently, his responsibilities were expanded to include securitized products, structured finance, agency and trust, and depositary receipts services. In September 2018, he was appointed Co-Head of Citi’s newly combined Capital Markets and Corporate & Investment Banking businesses. In 2020, Tyler was asked to help manage the Financing & Securitization and Institutional Credit Management groups.
