W.L. Bullock, Jr.
William L. Bullock, Jr. has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ConocoPhillips since 2020. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Bullock served as the President of Asia Pacific and Middle East operations from 2019 to 2020 and Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific and Middle East from 2018 to 2019 and Led E&P operations and growth initiatives of Asia Pacific and Middles East from 2015 to 2018. From 2012 to 2015, Mr. Bullock served as the Vice President of Corporate Planning & Development at ConocoPhillips from 2012 to 2015 and President of Global Gas & Power from 2010 to 2012 and President of Middle East and North Africa from 2007 to 2010 and President and General Manager of ConocoPhillips Indonesia from 2004 to 2007 and General Manager of Business Development & Negotiations from 2003 to 2004. Mr. Bullock took a brief stint away from ConocoPhillips from 2000 to 2003 and served as the Vice President of Midstream at Rub Al Khali Gas Development and Vice President of Operations at Dubai Petroleum. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Bullock served as an Executive Assistant at ConocoPhillips and District Manager of Natural Gas & Gas Products from 1997 to 1998 and in various other leadership roles from 1986 to 1997. Mr. Bullock serves on a number of boards including the Joint Advisory Board at Texas A&M University at Qatar, the Houston Symphony Board of Directors, The Laura Jane Musser Fund Board of Directors, and Texas A&M University Engineering Advisory Council.
