SPRINGBORO, OH — 1792 Exchange CEO Daniel Cameron is featured in a compelling documentary that exposes antisemitism and hypocrisy in the banking industry. Produced by Coalition for Jewish Values, “Amalgamated: America’s Terror Bank” uncovers Amalgamated Bank’s Charitable Foundation and “Hate is not Charitable” Campaign—a vehicle to defund organizations grounded in traditional values while simultaneously supporting divisive organizations and advancing radical political causes.

For years, Amalgamated Bank has operated by a double standard, serving as a power source for ideological objectives while telling other financial institutions not to do such. It pushes controversial issues in many ways, including its customer selection process and ESG and DEI initiatives.

Amalgamated Bank also leverages its influence to encourage others in the financial industry to choke off charitable donations to non-profits whose views they disagree with—such as Christian organizations, family values organizations, and organizations that believe in reforming America’s immigration system.

At the same time, the story of Amalgamated Bank is one of indirect fiscal support for organizations that may support terrorism. Amalgamated Bank provides funding through its foundation to Alliance for Global Justice, the fiscal sponsor of Samidoun and Black Lives Matter, and works in lockstep with Council on American-Islamic Relations and Southern Poverty Law Center. Samidoun is a sham charity, designated by the US Treasury as an international fundraiser for the terrorist organization, Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.

“If I’m a customer or an American citizen, I’d want to know more about Amalgamated Bank’s relationship with those movements,” said Daniel Cameron, 1792 Exchange CEO.

The documentary features Rabbi Yaakov Menken and US Congressman Mike Flood (NE-1) of the House Committee on Financial Services. Rabbi Menken penned a highly explosive op-ed in The Blaze last fall.
