Anthony DiSilvestro

Anthony DiSilvestro is Chief Financial Officer of Mattel, having joined Mattel in 2020. Previously, DiSilvestro had nearly four decades of finance and leadership experience, most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Campbell Soup Company, a role he held from 2014 to 2019. He also served in various other financial leadership roles at Campbell’s, working there for over 23 years. Earlier in his career, DiSilvestro spent more than a decade at Scott Paper Company where he held roles of increasing responsibility in the finance organization.
