Chetlur S. Ragavan

Chetlur S. Ragavan joined the Board of Directors at Fannie Mae in June 2023. Mr. Ragavan has served on the Board of Directors at CNO Financial since 2021 and Founded Risk Response LLC in 2019. Mr. Ragavan served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Voya Financial from 2008 to 2019 and Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer of Voya Investment Management from 2008 to 2014. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Ragavan served as Managing Director and Co-Head of Portfolio Analytics Group. Mr. Ragavan served as Managing Director and Global Head of Fixed Income Research at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers from 2000 to 2006 and Managing Director and Head of Risk Management at Merrill Lynch Asset from 1992 to 2000 and First Vice President and Chief Investment Strategist at Merrill Lynch Insurance Group from 1990 to 1992 and Vice President and Senior Fixed Income Research Analyst at Merrill Lynch Capital Market from 1984 to 1990 and Vice President and Systems Manager at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets from 1980 to 1984. Mr. Ragavan has served on the board of Directors at the Council for Economic Education since 2016 and previously served on the Board of Directors at the Voya Foundation from 2014 to 2019.
