Daniel E. Berce was appointed senior vice president and president and Chief Executive Officer, GM Financial in October 2010, when the company was purchased by General Motors. Previously, he served as president and Chief Executive Officer of AmeriCredit Corp. from 2005 to 2010; president from 2003 to 2005; chief financial officer from 1990 to 2003; vice chairman and chief financial officer from 1996 until 2003; executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer from 1994 until 1996; and vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer from 1990 until 1994.
