Ernest Nicolas

Ernest Nicolas joined HP Inc. in June 2022 as Chief Supply Chain Officer. He has also served on the board of Avient Corporation since August 2021 and Wahl Clipper Corporation since August 2020. Prior to joining HP he served Rockwell Automation as Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer from November 2019 to June 2022; Vice President of Global Supply Chain from July 2018 to October 2019; Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and Supply Management from August 2015 to June 2018; Director of Strategic Sourcing from February 2015 to July 2015; Regional Director of Asia-Pacific Manufacturing from January 2013 to January 2015; Plant Manager- Twinsburg Operations from January 2010 to December 2012; and Divisional Materials Manager from September 2006 to January 2010. Previously Mr. Nicolas worked at General Motors as their Supply Chain Launch Manager from June 2005 to September 2006; Senior Business Process Analyst from July 2004 to June 2005; Supply Chain Planner from August 2003 to June 2004; Materials Handling Supervisor from June 2002 to August 2003; and as an Industrial Engineer and Production Supervisor from September 1997 to September 2000. Mr. Nicolas has been a Member of the Advisory Committee for Supply Chain Competitiveness for the U.S. Department of Commerce since February 2023.
