Jeffrey A. Wilson

Jeffrey A. Wilson has served as the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards and Deputy Chief Sustainability Officer at Caterpillar since 2018. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Wilson served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Total Rewards at TD from 2017 to 2018 and Senior Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Western Union from 2013 to 2017 and Vice President of Compensation at Walmart U.S. from 2011 to 2013. Mr. Wilson Served as the Vice President of Global Compensation and Mobility Group Manager at UPS from 2010 to 2011 and Director of Corporate Compensation from 2009 to 2010 and Director of International Compensation and Benefits from 2007 to 2009 and Director of Region Compensation and Benefits Asia Pacific from 2006 to 2007 and Directo of Region Employee Relations, Learning, and Development from 2005 to 2006 and in various other human resource, managing, and development position at UPS from 1986 to 2005.
