Julie Barber

Julie Barber became the Executive Vice President of General Merchandising in October 2022. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Barber served as Walmart, Inc.’s Merchandising Senior Vice President of Hardline and Health & Wellness from 2020 to 2022. Ms. Barber also served as the Vice President/DMM of OTC merchandising and Snacks from 2016 to 2020. From 2004 to 2013, Ms. Barber worked in several different Managerial and Buyer roles in food and merchandise departments of Walmart, Inc. Outside of her Walmart, Inc. responsibilities, Ms. Julie Barber is a board member of the University of Arkansas Retail Advisory Board, a NextUp Northwest Arkansas board advisor, and serves on the board of directors at the Friendship Foundation and Boys and Girls Club of Benton County.
