Leticia Goncalves

Leticia Goncalves has been the President, Global Foods and Specialty Ingredients for ADM since 2021, a Board Member for Emerson since May 2023, a Board Member for Believer Meats since February 2022 and is a Member of the ADM Executive Council. Before working in her current role with ADM, she served as the President, Global Specialty Ingredients from 2020-2021. Before that, she worked with Bayer Crop Science as their SVP & US Country Division Head from 2018-2020, the European Crop Protection Association as an Executive Committee Member from 2016-2018 and EuropaBio as a Board Member from 2015-2018. Goncalves also worked with Monsanto as their President, Monsanto Europe and Middle East from 2014-2018, their Vice President, US Commercial Operations from 2013-2014, their Vice President, US Technology Development and Sales Agronomy from 2011-2013, their Regional Business Director from 2008-2011, their US Corn Pricing Lead from 2007-2008, their Quality Traits Commercial Development Director from 2006-2007 and their Soybean Licensing Lead from 1997-2006.
