Michael S. Burke

Michael S Burke has been a Member of the Board of Directors for Archer Daniels Midland 2017 as well as a Chairman of the Board for Universal Engineering Sciences since 2021, Member of the Board for Westwood Professional Services since 2021, Member of the Board for CarbonCure Technologies since 2021, Chairman of the Audit Committee & Member of the Board for Nexii Building Solutions since 2020 and Member of the Board of Directors for SitelogIQ since 2020. Burke is also a member of the board of directors of United Dwelling and an External Advisor to Bain and Company.

Prior to these roles, Burke worked with AECOM as their Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2014-2020, their Retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2005-2020, their President from 2011-2014 and their Chief Financial Officer from 2006-2011. Prior to working with AECOM, Burke was the Chair of the Infrastructure Committee & Member of the Board of Directors for the Business Roundtable from 2014-2020, the Co-Chair of the Steering Committee of Infrastructure and Urban Development for the World Economic Forum from 2017-2020, a Member of the Board of Directors for Rentech from 2006-2017 and a Member of the Board of Directors for Rentech Nirtogen Partners, L.P. from 2006-2016. He also worked for the Children’s Bureau on the Board of Directors and as Vice-Chairman from 2000-2022, the World Economic Forum as the Co-Chair of the Steering Committee of Infrastructure and Urban Development from 2017-2020 as well as KPMG as their Member Board of Directors from 2000-2005, their Partner from 1995-2005 and in Various Roles from 1990-1995.
