Otto Breitschwerdt

Otto Breitschwerdt has served as the Vice President of Building and Construction Products at Caterpillar since 2021. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Breitschwerdt served as the General Manager of Compact and Small Wheel Loader, Skidsteer Loaders and Compact Track Loaders at Caterpillar from 2019 to 2020 and Eastern Region Manager from 2017 to 2019 and Director of Supply Chain Management and Systems Engineering from 2013 to 2017 and Campo Largo, Brazil Plant Manager from 2010 to 2013 and District Manager from 2007 to 2010. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Breitschwerdt served as the Marketing Manger at Caterpillar and served in various other managing leadership positions at the company from 1990 to 2004. Mr. Breitschwerdt serves on the board at FFA and the Association of Equipment Manufacturers Sector and previously served on the Board as the Association of Equipment Distributors Foundation.
