Richard Todd Bradley

R. Todd Bradley is on the Mattel Board of Directors, serving on the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. He has been a Director since 2018. Previously, he was the Co-Chair and CEO at One Equity Partners Open Water I Corp from 2021-2022. He was the CEO and Director of Mozido, LLC from 2016-2017. In 2014, he served as President of TIBCO Software, Inc., and from 2005-2014, he served in a variety of positions at Hewlett-Packard Company. From 2003-2005, he was the President and CEO of PalmOne Inc. From 2020 onwards, he has been a Director at Commvault Systems, Inc. From 2017-2020, he served on the Compensation and Nominating & Governance Committees of Eastman Kodak Company. From 2013-2016, he was a Director at TrueCar, Inc.
