Biography:

Stacy Brown-Philpot has been on the Board of Directors for HP Inc. since November 2015. She has served on the Board of Directors for StockX since August 2021; Noom Inc. since May 2021; and Nordstrom since May 2017. She is a Founding Member and Investor with SoftBank Opportunity Fund. Prior to this Ms. Brown-Philpot was Chief Executive Officer of TaskRabbit from April 2016 to August 2020 and Chief Operating Officer from January 2013 to April 2016. Before joining TaskRabbit she was the Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Google Ventures from May 2012 to December 2012; Senior Director of Global Consumer Operations for Google from September 2010 to May 2012; Google’s Senior Director of Online Sales and Operations- India from July 2009 to September 2010; Director of Consumer and Enterprise Operations from November 2007 to July 2009; and Director of Sales Finance from September 2003 to November 2007. Prior to joining Google, she was the Business Development Manager at Wily Technology from April 2003 to September 2003. Ms. Brown-Philpot interned with SAP Ventures from June 2001 to September 2001 and was a Senior Analyst at Goldman Sachs from July 1999 to July 2000. She began her career at Price Waterhouse Coopers serving as a Senior Associate from June 1997 to June 1999. Ms. Brown-Philpot has served on the Board of Directors for Black Girls Code since January 2015 and has been an Advisor for Him for Him since October 2018. She has served as a Trustee for the Urban Institute since May 2020.
