Biography:
W. Lance Conn was elected to the board of directors of Charter on November 30, 2009. He previously served on Charter’s board since September 2004. From July 2004 to May 2009, Mr. Conn served as the President of Vulcan Capital, the investment arm of Vulcan, Inc. His other corporate affiliations include America Online, Inc, Shaw, Pittman, Potts & Trowbridge LLP, Plains All American Pipeline, L.P., Vulcan Energy Corporation, Seattle Seahawks, The Portland Trailblazers, Oxygen Media, Makena Capital Management, and Global Endowment Management.
