Key Statements

"The thing about Mattel as a company, what we do has real societal impact. We have real cultural impact. We shape the next generation. We partner with parents, with families, and we influence children at a very young, and formative age. And we take that very seriously. And as a company, we defined our goal to contribute to a more diverse, equitable, inclusive and sustainable future. And this is not just a lip service or a slogan. It's actually embedded in how we operate, how we manage a company, how we design our products.

"Designing product(s) that speaks to diversity, equity and inclusion is endemic, its part of what we do. "
