Kathryn A. Mikells

Kathryn Mikells became Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ExxonMobil in August 2021. Prior to joining ExxonMobil, she served at Diageo as its Chief Financial Officer and Excutive Director from November 2015 to June 2021. Before that, Mrs. Mikells was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Xerox from May 2013 to October 2015. She has also served at ADT, as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from May 2012 to April 2013. Prior to her time at ADT, Mrs. Mikells was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Nalco from October 2010 to December 2011. Mrs. Mikells spent nearly 17 years at United Airlines, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from October 2008 to October 2010, as Vice President of Investor Relations from October 2007 to October 2008, as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis from October 2006 to October 2007, as Vice President and Treasurer from October 2005 to October 2006, as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate from October 2003 to October 2005, as Director of Corporate Planning and Assistant Restructuring Officer from October 2002 to October 2003, as Chief Financial Officer of UAL Loyalty Services and Mileage Plus from October 2001 to October 2002, as Managing Director of Corporate Development from October 2000 to October 2001, as Director of Financial Analysis from October 1999 to October 2000, as Manager of Operating Budgets from October 1998 to October 1999, as Manager of Capital Planning from October 1997 to October 1998, as Manager of Treasury from October 1996 to October 1997, and as a Staff Analyst of Financial Planning and Analysis from January 1994 to October 1996. Prior to United Airlines, she was Assistant Vice President of the Media and Utilities Sector for CIBC, from January 1992 to December 1993. Before that, Mrs. Mikells was Manager of Commercial Loans for Household International from January 1990 to December 1991. Mrs. Mikells began her career at General Electric as a Business Analyst from January 1989 to December 1989 and as an Investment Analyst from July 1987 to December 1988.
Mrs. Mikells currently serves on the board of Hartford Financial Services Group, a position she has held since October 2010.
