TD Synnex

Rich Hume has been Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member at TD SYNNEX since September 2021. Prior to SYNNEX and Tech Date merging, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Tech Data from June 2018 to September 2021 and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from March 2016 to May 2018. Before joining Tech Data Mr. Hume was with IBM for more than 30 years. He served as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Global Technology Services from February 2016 to March 2016; General Manager from May 2008 to February 2016; General Manager of IBM Europe from January 2012 to January 2015; and General Manager of Global Business Partners from May 2008 to January 2012. Mr. Hume serves on the boards of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (since July 2023), Allstate (since June 2020), and CEO’s Against Cancer. He is on the Council of Governors for Tampa Bay Partnership.

Dennis Polk has been a member of the TD SYNNEX Board of Directors since 2012 and has held board positions at Concentrix Corp since 2021 and at Terreno Realty Corp since 2010. His roles within TD SYNNEX have included Executive Board Chair from September 2021 to August 2023, Chief Executive Officer from March 2018 to September 2021, Chief Operating Officer from July 2006 to February 2018, and Chief Financial Officer from February 2002 to June 2006. Prior to his tenure at TD SYNNEX, Polk served as Vice President of Finance at DoveBid, Inc., Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Savior Technology Group, Inc., and Audit Manager at Grant Thornton LLP.
