Matthew Miau

Matthew Miau has served on the Board of Directors for TD SYNNEX since 1992. He is Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer of UPC Technology Corporation, a position he has held since 2020. He also is chairman of the Chinese National Federation of Industries. Mr. Miau currently serves on the board for Cathay Financial Holdings (since June 2017), Harbinger Venture Capital (since 2000), GeTac Holdings Corporation, and Lien Hwa Industrial Holdings (since 1985). Mr. Miau became the primary investor and Chairman of MiTAC in 1976. Prior to this he was an engineer at Intel Corporation from 1971 to 1976. He began his career as an engineer at Electronic Arrays from 1970-1971. He has previously served on the boards of Galileo International, Winbon, and Linde AG.
