Matthew Nord

Matthew Nord has served on the Board of Directors for TD SYNNEX since June 2020. He has also served on the board of Tenneco since November 2022, The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Foundation since March 2022, ScionHealth since December 2021, Intrado since October 2017, LifePoint Health since December 2015, and Montefiore Medical Center’s Board of Trustees since October 2014. He also serves on the Advisory Board for the Center for the Preservation of Civil Rights Sites and the University of Pennsylvania’s Weitzman School of Design. He has been Co-Head of Private Equity at Apollo Global Health Management Inc. since August 2003. Previously Mr. Nord was on the Board of Directors for ADT from July 2015 to 2022; Presidio from February 2015 to December 2019; Exela Technologies from July 2017 to October 2019; Novitex Enterprise Solutions from October 2013 to July 2017; Constellium from January 2011 to November 2015; Affinion Group from October 2006 to November 2015; Noranda Aluminum from March 2007 to May 2015; MidCap Financial from November 2013 to January 2015; EVERTEC from April 2012 to December 2013; SourceHOV from July 2006 to May 2013; Hughes Telematics, Inc. from December 2006 to July 2012; and Mobile Satellite Ventures from September 2006 to April 2008. He began his career as an Analyst in Investment Banking at Citi from August 2001 to July 2003.
