Alyssa Henry

Alyssa Henry has been on the Board of Directors at Intel since January 2020. She also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Square at un, a position that she has held since February 2023. Previously Ms. Henry was the Executive Vice President and General Manager, Seller Business Unit and Executive Vice President, Infrastructure, and Info at Square from November 2014 to April 2023; she was Executive Vice President, Infrastructure from May 2014 to October 2014. Prior to this she was with Amazon Web Services serving as Vice President of AWS Storage Services from July 2010 to April 2014; General Manager of Amazon S3 from February 2007 to July 2010; and Director of Software Development at Amazon.com from April 2006 to February 2007. Before joining Amazon, Ms. Henry was Product Unit Manager of Server Integration Services at Microsoft Corp. from 2005 to 2006; Product Unit Manager of Date Access from 2004 to 2005; Group Program Manager from 2000 to 2004; Lead Program Manager from 1997 to 2000; Program manager for 1996 to 1997; Development Manager from 1995 to 1996; and Applications Developer from 1994 to 1995. She began her career as a Programmer and Analyst for Safeco Insurance from 1992 to 1994. In addition to being on the Board of Directors for Intel, Ms. Henry also serves on the Board of Directors for Confluent (since May 2021). She previously served on the Board of Directors for Unity Technologies from November 2018 to December 2022.
