Patrick Gelsinger has been Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Intel since February 2021. Previously he served as Chief Executive Officer at VMware from September 2012 to February 2021. Prior to this he was President and Chief Operating Officer of EMC, Information Infrastructure Products from September 2009 to August 2012. He served as Intel’s Senior Vice President and Co-General Manager of the Digital Enterprise Group from January 2005 to September 2009 and Chief Technology Officer from January 2000 to January 2005. He began his career at Intel in October 1979 and held a variety of roles before joining management. Mr. Yeary serves as Chairman of the Board for Gloo and Transforming the Bay with Christ. He is on the Board of Directors for Mobileye and the Semiconductor Industry Association and serves as Chairperson for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce China Center Advisory Board.

Frank D. Yeary was named Chair of the Board at Intel in January 2023. He first joined Intel’s Board of Directors in March 2009. Mr. Yeary joined the Board of Directors for Mobileye in October 2022; the Board of Directors for PayPal in July 2015; and he became a Managing Member for Darwin Capital Advisors LLC in August 2011. Prior to this he was a Board Member for eBay Inc from January 2015 to July 2015; Co-Founder and Chairman for Level Money, Inc. from June 2012 to January 2015; and Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of CamberView Partners from July 2012 to October 2018. He served as Vice Chancellor at the University of California, Berkely from August 2008 to May 2012 and was Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Citigroup Global Capital Markets Inc. from January 2001 to July 2008. He served as Partner and Head of Communications Group at The Carlyle Group from 1998 to 200. Prior to this Mr. Yeary worked at Salomon Brothers, Inc., Lehman Brothers, and Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb.
