Ben Bard

Ben Bard has been the Vice President, Global Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Audit Executive for ADM since 2014. Prior to joining ADM, Bard worked as the Senior Anti-corruption and Trade Sanctions Compliance Counsel for The Coca-Cola Company from 2006-2014. Prior to his time at Coca-Cola, Bard worked for Capitol One as a Regulatory Compliance Manager and Business Risk Officer from 2002-2006, Mercantile Bankshares Corp as the Assistant Vice President from 2000-2002, and MBNA America as a Credit/Risk Manager from 1998-2000. Bard is also the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Ethics & Compliance Association and has experience as a Director for the Chicago Legal Aid Society. He has a B.A. from Northwestern University and J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
