Juan R Luciano is Chair of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of ADM. Luciano became Chairman of the Board in January 2016, Chief Executive Officer in January 2015 and President in February 2014, after joining ADM in 2011 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Before joining ADM, Luciano worked at The Dow Chemical Company from 1986-2011, where he last served as Executive Vice President and President of the Performance division.

Luciano serves as lead independent director of Eli Lilly and Company, is a board member of nonprofit economic development organization Intersect Illinois and is an alternate member of the board for Wilmar International. He serves on the Rush University Medical Center board of trustees and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, the Commercial Club of Chicago, and the Business Roundtable. He previously served on the Global Advisory Board of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University since 2017 and is a member of the United States-China Business Council.
