Bradley E. Lerman

Bradley Lerman became a Board Member at McKesson in 2018 and Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Starbucks in 2023. Previously he served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Medtronic, Inc. from May 2014 to December 2021. Prior to that, Mr. Lerman was Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for Fannie Mae from October 2012 to May 2014. Before his time at Fannie Mae, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Litigation Counsel at Pfizer from January 2009 to September 2012. Mr. Lerman also worked as a Partner for Winston & Strawn LLP from 1998 to 2008 and at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from 1996 to 1998. Mr. Lerman began his career as an Assistant US Attorney for the Department of Justice from 1986 to 1994. He holds a BA from Yale University and a JD from Harvard Law School.
