Brian Tyler became Chief Executive Officer at McKesson in April 2019. Before that, he was its President and Chief Operating Officer from January 1997 to March 2019. Mr. Tyler has served on the Executive Board of the Healthcare Distribution Alliance, as a Board Member of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers, and as a Member of the North Texas Chapter of CEOs Against Cancer since 2018. He also has served on the Board of Republic Service since March 2021.

Mr. Donald R. Knauss serves as Independent Director of the Company. He is the former Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of The Clorox Company, a leading multinational manufacturer and marketer of consumer and professional products. He also served as Executive Chairman of The Clorox Company. Mr. Knauss previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Coca-Cola North America and in various other senior management roles for its subsidiary businesses, and held various marketing and sales positions with PepsiCo, Inc. and The Procter & Gamble Company. Mr. Knauss also served as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps. He had been a Members of Economic Advisory Council at Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco since January 2014. He serves on a Board of Trustees for the United States Marine Corp., University Foundation and Morehouse College. He serves on the boards of trustees of the University of San Diego and Morehouse College. He serves on Board of Directors of the National Collegiate Athletic Association and Grocery Manufacturers of America. Mr. Knauss holds a degree in History from Indiana University.
