Celeste A. Clark

Celeste A. Clark has served on the Board of Directors at Wells Fargo since 2018. Ms. Clark has also served on the Bord of Directors at Darling Ingredients, Inc. and Prestige Consumer Healthcare Inc. since 2021 and The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. since 2017. Ms. Clark Previously served on the Board of Directors at AdvancePierre Foods Holdings, Inc., Mead Johnson Nutrition Company, and Omega Protein Corporation. Ms. Clark served as the Senior Vice President of Global Public Policy and External Relations at Kellogg Company from 2010 to 2011, Chief Sustainability Officer from 2008 to 2011, and various leadership rolse at Kellogg Company from 1977 to 2008. Ms. Clark currently serves on the W.K. Kellogg Foundation Board of Trustees.
