Biography:

Clare Woodman has been the Head of Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at Morgan Stanley since May 2018. Prior to this she served as Global Chief Operating Officer of Institutional Securities from 2012 to 2018; Chief Operating Officer of EMEA from 2009 to 2012; and Risk Officer of Global Capital Markets and Investment Banking from 2006 to 2009. She first joined Morgan Stanley in 2002 in the Legal and Compliance Department. Before joining Morgan Stanley Ms. Woodman worked as a Lawyer at Clifford Chance from 1992 to 2000. She serves on the Advisory Council for the Financial Conduct Authority, the Financial Markets Standards Board, and the Bretton Woods Committee. She also serves on the Board for the FT Financial Literacy and Inclusion Campaign and the Morgan Stanley International Foundation.
