Darrell Ford

Darrell Ford has been the EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer for UPS since 2021. Prior to that, Ford was the SVP & CHRO for DuPont from 2018 – 2021, the EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer for Xerox from 2015-2018, the Senior VP, Chief Human Resources Officer for AMD from 2012-2015, the VP Human Resources for Shell Int’l from 2008-2012, the VP HR for Honeywell from 2002-2008 and the VP Compensation for AT&T from 1997-1999.

Darrell has numerous board roles, including Independent Director for Illinois Tool Works, Advisor for the HR Policy Association and member of the Executive Advisory Board at SemperVirens Venture Capital. He is a long-time Partner and a Member of the Advisory Board for the Center for Executive Succession at the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. He was also elected to the Executive Leadership Council.
