Derek A. Flowers

Derek A. Flowers has served as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Wells Fargo since 2022. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Flowers served as the Head of Strategic Execution & Operations Officer of Wells Fargo from 2019 to 2022, Chief Credit and Market Risk Officer from 2014 to 2019, Senior Credit Officer for Wells Fargo Securities and Wells Fargo’s Corporate Banking groups from 2009 to 2014, Head of Corporate Debt Portfolio from 2004 to 2009, and Vice President from 2002 to 2004. Mr. Flowers started his career at Wells Fargo as a Loan Officer from 1995 to 1998.
