Donald R. Knauss

Mr. Donald R. Knauss serves as Independent Director of the Company. He is the former Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of The Clorox Company, a leading multinational manufacturer and marketer of consumer and professional products. He also served as Executive Chairman of The Clorox Company. Mr. Knauss previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Coca-Cola North America and in various other senior management roles for its subsidiary businesses, and held various marketing and sales positions with PepsiCo, Inc. and The Procter & Gamble Company. Mr. Knauss also served as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps. He had been a Members of Economic Advisory Council at Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco since January 2014. He serves on a Board of Trustees for the United States Marine Corp., University Foundation and Morehouse College. He serves on the boards of trustees of the University of San Diego and Morehouse College. He serves on Board of Directors of the National Collegiate Athletic Association and Grocery Manufacturers of America. Mr. Knauss holds a degree in History from Indiana University.
