Biography:
Elena Ford became Chief Customer Experience Officer for Ford Motor Company in October 2018. Before that, she was Vice President of Global Dealer and Customer Experience from March 2013 to October 2018, Director of Global Marketing for Sales and Services Operations from February 2009 to February 2013, Vice President of Global Brand and Marketing for Ford Motor Credit Company from August 2007 to January 2009, and in a variety of executive and management roles from January 1995 to August 2007.
