Biography:

Eric Grossman is the Chief Legal Officer of Morgan Stanley, a role he has served in since 2012. Prior that he was the Global Head of Legal from 2010 to 2012; General Counsel of Global Wealth Management from 2008 to 2010; and the Global Head of Litigation from 2006 to 2010. Before joining Morgan Stanley Mr. Grossman was a Partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from 2001 to 2005. He began his career as a Clerk for the Honorable Richard J Cardamore at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit from 1993 to 1994. In addition to his work at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Grossman is a Board Member of Advocates for Children of New York, Business Council for Access to Justice, Fordham Law Alumni Association, and the Hamilton College Board of Trustees. He is a member of the Dean’s Planning Council at Fordham Law School.
