Ismael Roig

Ismael Roig is currently the President EMEA and the President Global Animal Nutrition for Archer Daniels Midland and has been a Board Member for Monbake since 2022, a Board Member for FoodDrinkEurope since 2021 and a Partner International Council for Barcelona Global since 2015.

Prior to these roles, Roig worked for ADM as their President Global BioSolutions from 2020-2022, their President Carbohydrates Solutions International from 2019-2022, their Chief Strategy Officer from 2016-2018; their President Asia Pacific from 2010-2015 and their SVP, Planning & Business Development from 2005-2010. Before working with ADM, Roig worked with General Motors as their Finance Director Brazil from 2002-2004, their Regional Treasurer, Brazil from 2000-2001, their Director, Capital Markets & Risk Management, Europe from 1997-2000, their Manager, Regional Treasury Center, Singapore from 1995-1997 and their Senior Financial Analyst, New York Treasurer’s Office from 1993-1995.
Roig also was a Board Member for Gruma from January 2008-June 2010, a Board Member for the Shanghai American School from June 2015-June 2016, a Board Member for Enactus from
January 2015-January 2016, a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museaum from October 2017-November 2018 and a Member of the Board Laison Committee for FoodDrinkEurope.
