J. Michael Stice

J. Michael Stice has served on the Board of Directors at Marathon Petroleum since 2017 and MPLX GP LLC since 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Mr. Stice served on the Board of Directors at Spartan Acquisition Corporation I – III and served on the Board of Directors at U.S. Silica Holdings from 2013 to 2021. Mr. Stice served as the Chief Executive Officer of Access Midstream Independent Director Partners L.P. from 2009 to 2014 and was a member of the Board of Directors from 2012 to 2015. Mr. Stice served as the President of ConocoPhillips Qatar from 2003 to 2008 and President of Conoco Energy Solutions from 2001 to 2003 and President of Conoco Asia Pacific from 1997 to 2001 and Director of Conoco Australia from 1995 to 1997 and District Manager of the Oklahoma District from 1991 to 1995 and District Manager of Louisiana Gas Systems from 1987 to 1991 and served in various engineering and leadership positions at ConocoPhillips from 1981 to 1987. Outside of corporate responsibilities, Mr. Stice served as the Dean of Mewbourne College of Earth & Energy at The University of Oklahoma from 2015 to 2022 and has been a professor since 2015. Mr. Stice sits on the Board of Advisor of the Energy Institute at The University of Oklahoma and is the Co-Leader of the Oklahoma Solve Climate by 2030.
