Jennifer Waldo

Jennifer Waldo became the Chief People and Employee Experience Officer for Ford Motor Company in May 2022. Before that, she was Vice President of People Business Partners for Apple from March 2019 to April 2022. From September 2015 to February 2019, Mrs. Waldo was Chief Human Resources Officer for General Electric Digital. Previously, she was Vice President of the Board of Directors for IoT Talent Consortium from July 2015 to February 2019. Mrs. Waldo also worked as the Head of Global Human Resources for General Software from October 2012 to September 2015. She began her career at General Electric, as Organization and Talent Development Leader for General Electric Aviation from February 2011 to October 2012, as Global Senior Human Resources Manager of General Electric Aviation Systems (Avionics and China Programs) from July 2009 to August 2011, as Global Human Resources Manager of General Electric Aviation Sales, Marketing, and Business Development from September 2006 to July 2009, as Human Resources Leader of the General Electric Aviation Supply Chain from July 2003 to September 2006, and as a part of the Human Resources Leadership Program from June 2001 to June 2003.
